What does a true Miss Universe Uzbekistan look like to me? A true Miss Universe Uzbekistan, as I see her, is a woman who is not only beautiful on the outside but also possesses deep inner qualities. She embodies a combination of traditional Uzbek values and modern aspirations for development and progress. 1. Ideals and Values: She is honest, compassionate, and just. Her actions inspire those around her to be kind and help others. 2. Positive Change: She actively participates in charitable projects, fights for the rights of women and children, and supports initiatives for environmental protection and the preservation of Uzbekistan's cultural heritage. 3. Intellect: She is well-educated, capable of engaging in discussions on various topics, and demonstrates critical thinking. 4. Leadership: She serves as a role model, inspiring others with her example and leading them. 5. Humility and Respect: She remains approachable and respects people regardless of their status and position. 6. Life Experience: She has life experience that allows her to be a true motivator and inspire people to change. A true Miss Universe Uzbekistan harmoniously combines external attractiveness, inner qualities, and a drive to make the world a better place while staying true to her roots and the cultural heritage of her country. And such a woman is my ideal, one I aspire to become. We all understand that achieving perfection in everything is impossible, but we have the power to continually strive towards a better version of ourselves. It is important to accept our flaws, work on self-improvement, and genuinely desire to become better, creating a more meaningful and significant life. I was born into an ordinary Uzbek family in the city of Navoi. From childhood, I was taught to cook, embroider with gold threads, be clean, hardworking, help others, respect elders, honor traditions, remain modest, and protect my honor. I am grateful to my parents for giving me such an upbringing and teaching me everything necessary. However, my childhood was also very difficult, which gave me life experience and made me grow up early. For 13 years, I lived with my stepfather and was subjected to domestic violence, both physical and psychological. As a child, I did not understand that many women and children face this problem, thinking it was only me. This led to a tumor on my head, and at the age of 11, I underwent a very complex surgery, where the doctors gave me a 50/50 chance of survival. I had a craniotomy, the surgery lasted 7 hours, followed by a week in intensive care and a month in the hospital. I had to learn to walk and write again, and after being discharged, I was classified as disabled. I never thought my life could change drastically, that I had a chance to become healthy and happy, have dreams and the possibility to realize them. Because of this, I grew up as a rather traumatized person, but I was able to understand and change this after three years of working with a psychologist who helped me overcome all my childhood traumas, find dreams, start changing my life, and help others do the same. At that crucial period of my life, when I was creating a new version of myself, I discovered beauty pageants. Watching the Miss Universe 2018 finale for the first time ignited in me the dream of becoming that true Miss Universe. A strong, wise, and beautiful woman, respected by the world, capable of giving love and care to many people, inspiring them to believe in a brighter future. This ideal motivated me to embark on my journey toward this goal, dedicating all possible efforts and persistently working on myself. As of today, having transformed myself beyond recognition and gained valuable life experience, I am convinced that I can become Miss Universe Uzbekistan. By helping people and inspiring many women, I strive to become an opinion leader, representing our beautiful and sunny country, Uzbekistan, on the world stage. I want to reveal the richness of our history and culture, showcase our hospitable and kind-hearted people, amazing nature, and incredibly delicious cuisine. My goal is to contribute to the development of this sphere in our country and make Uzbekistan known and loved around the world.
Up until today, I have been actively involved in organizing charitable projects. At the age of 10, I first engaged in charity work. I was a regional activist in the youth movement 'Kamalak', and with their support, we organized a New Year's celebration with an interesting program and gifts for children from the orphanage 'Mekhribonlik' in Navoi. My second involvement in a charity project was also through the 'Kamalak' youth movement, where we distributed essential goods to low-income families and people with disabilities. In 2020, due to a dam breach and subsequent natural disaster in the Syrdarya region, people were forced to leave their homes and were left without water, food, and shelter. We gathered a large team of volunteers and provided assistance to the affected for a week. Many of our compatriots helped as much as they could during that difficult time. We raised assistance totaling 170 million Uzbekistani som. Alongside models from my agency 'Panterra Models', I participated in a charity evening under the 'All Lives Matter' campaign dedicated to Shoirmon. He is 4 years old and has been immune deficient since birth, requiring a bone marrow transplant in Israel costing $250,000. All funds raised were directed towards his treatment. As my professional career has grown, so has the scale of my social projects. Now, together with a major partner, I draw attention to the important issue of animal protection. In 2021, we supported the 'Mehr' dog shelter by AKFA GROUP. I am proud to make a difference in the lives of others and motivate my audience to do good deeds. I show that significant contributions can be made through small actions, motivating me to organize increasingly ambitious social projects. In 2022, I am addressing truly global issues that are often overlooked, such as climate change. I produced a powerful video that captivates viewers with its beauty while raising awareness about this critical issue. And I won't stop there. Since 2023, I have been consistently supporting low-income families and people with disabilities by providing them with essential supplies. With my strengthened leadership and media position, I aim to tackle even larger problems, as this will provide me with more resources to achieve these goals. First and foremost, I want to continue advocating for and reminding others about the importance of protecting nature in the face of global climate change. This issue is considered one of the most significant worldwide and affects each of us. Additionally, I intend to provide assistance to children suffering from oncological diseases. Every person deserves the opportunity to live a happy and healthy life. With personal experience in this area, I deeply understand what these children go through and strive to do everything possible to support them. The third issue I wish to focus on concerns women and children experiencing domestic violence. I aim to raise awareness in family psychology to reduce unhappy marriages and prevent instances of domestic violence.
